Pretty much sums up how I have felt most of my life!

DEN: On 12 September 2011 I started this blog. Why - because for most of my adult life I've felt lost. Now, 1 year away from 40, I am at a crossroads. Ready to quit my job, travel for a couple of months and figure out what to do with the rest of my life. This is either the bravest decision I am making, or the dumbest. All I know is I can't continue on the path I'm on. I've just suffered through 18 years of misery (18 years being how long I've spent working). And recently I realised that I am nearly 40 and have wasted half my life being miserable in crappy jobs. I need to change direction, I need to find myself! Scary as it is - and it is helluva scary! But what's scares me even more, is waking up one day at 60 and realising I've wasted my whole life doing things I hate.
